RIDES WE LIKE
Here, we put some of the rides in Panama we like the most. (I couldn't come up with something else so probably we change this part soon)

COCOA PLANTATION.
An old trail near the city where americans used to grow and crop Cocoa when building the Panama Canal. Very technical terrain. Just 12 km of length it meet the "Camino de Cruces"build by the spanish conquistadors in the colonial era.

EL VALLE-LAS GUIAS
At el Valle de Anton 1:30hrs from the city. Fluid enduro trail excellent for a future EWS race. Almost 18km of descend. Fresh weather. 750m of altitude.

EL VALLE-EL RETIRO
An even longer ride starting at El Valle with 20km of pure decends, single track sections and rock gardens.

LA SILLA.
Also at el Valle de Anton. Is a single track trail made by the passing of the indians. Slippery in the rainy season with steep precipice on both sides of the trail.

SELFIE RIDE.
At Santa Clara beach. 1:45 min from the city. Is mostly flat but with winding trails among pines and a few descends. Crosses a river. Ends in a fish market where you can have a Corn Flakes Shake!

CERRO SANTA CRUZ.
At Penonome. 2 hours from the city. This hill you will find rocky single track at the begining and dirt roads crossing rivers. Very technical, we recommend knee pads, and a fast rebound suspension. This same ride offers two additional lines to get down from the highest place. You should take a pick up ride to the top and then fun begins.

CERRO AZUL - UTIVE
At the east of the ctiy 1 hr drive. Fast descends one or two climbs. Some parts technical and a full face helmet and goggles are recommended as well as knee guards. Full enduro ride!

VOLCAN BARU
One of the best rides in Panama. 6 hrs drive from the city. The highest mountain (volcano) in Panama. Check for details in Facebook "El reto Volcan Baru".
